Dr Lina Pečiulienė, Head of the Department of Educational Sciences, conducted a teaching visit to the University of Crete (Greece) from 29 April to 2 May 2025.
During the visit, Dr Pečiulienė engaged with academic staff and students at the Rethymno campus, including the Research Centre for the Humanities, Social and Educational Sciences, the School of Education, and the Department of Preschool Education. She delivered a series of lectures focusing on early language development, the critical role of communication in the language acquisition process during early childhood, and effective approaches to family involvement in early childhood education.
In addition, discussions were held with Professor Marina Tzakosta and representatives of the International Relations Department regarding potential avenues for future collaboration, particularly in the fields of student and staff mobility.
